WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT FROM EPOXY INSTALLATION?

STEP 1: The quality of the epoxy is directly proportional to how smooth the concrete is. We take care of cracks, holes, we take care of all of that before we epoxy using specialized tools.

STEP 2: We apply a base coat. If you're using flakes (we recommend you do), then the base color is usually a gray or light color.

STEP 3: Let it dry 24 hours. Scrape off extra flakes, clean up trims & apply a final top coat.

STEP 4: You wait! You can walk on it in 24 hours and park on it in 72 hours. Quick and done.

What is epoxy flooring?

Think of epoxy as liquid armor for your concrete. It's a two-part coating system that hardens into an incredibly tough surface, perfect for everything from garage floors to commercial spaces. Once cured, it's as beautiful as it is bulletproof.

How long does it last?

With basic care, your epoxy floor will look fantastic for 15-20 years in homes and 5-10 years in commercial spaces. That's decades of durability compared to traditional flooring options. Want it to last even longer? A simple recoat does the trick.

How much does it cost?

Typically $3-12 per square foot, depending on your design choices and surface prep needs. While that might be more than paint, you're getting a floor that outlasts paint by decades. Plus, you'll save a fortune on maintenance and replacement costs.

How long does installation take?

Most jobs wrap up in 2-4 days. Day one we prep, day two we prime, day three we apply epoxy, and day four we add the topcoat. After that, you can walk on it in 24 hours and park on it in 72 hours. Quick and done.

Is it slippery?

Not if done right. We add anti-slip additives to match your needs – from subtle grip for homes to industrial-grade traction for warehouses. Your floor can be beautiful and safe, no compromises needed.

What can damage epoxy floors?

They're tough, but not invincible. Hot tire pickup, harsh chemicals, and dragging heavy equipment can cause damage. But unlike other flooring, epoxy can usually be spot-repaired without replacing the entire floor.

What maintenance is required?

Minimal effort, maximum results. Sweep up debris, wipe spills promptly, and mop occasionally with pH-neutral cleaner. That's it. No waxing, no buffing, no specialized treatments needed.

Can you install it outside?

Yes. We use high-performance outdoor flooring systems that deliver durable, weather-resistant surfaces that are easy to clean and resist mold, making them ideal for patios, pool decks, and entertainment areas.

can you epoxy in the winter?

If it's above 20 degrees fahrenheit, then we're good to go. Anything lower, it will reduce the quality of the epoxy installation materials.
